At New England Designs we ship worldwide!

All items are made to order and are usually dispatched within 1-3 days. I Ship all items with Royal Mail.

If you require tracked and signed or next day delivery of a product this can be arranged at an additional fee. If you need your items sooner than the delivery stated, please email gregg@newengland-designs.com or complete the contact form here.

International orders:

For those purchasing outside the UK items are sent by royal mail international standard and may be subject to import tax. Please note New England Designs are not responsible for any import fees, taxes or customs fee that may be incurred.

Returns

Returns are accepted under the following terms:

Your return must be sent within 14 days of delivery and be in original condition in original packaging.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalised orders
Items on sale

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Custom orders and personalised items are not eligible for returns.

Delivery Address

Buyers are responsible for insuring that the delivery address provided is correct. If an incorrect address is provided and the items are lost New England Designs hold no responsibility for the loss and as a result cannot issue a refund.
